After School’s unit group, Orange Caramel, successfully completed their first fan meeting!
350 fans flocked to Sang Myung Art Center’s concert hall on February 13th to see their favorite idols, and they were delighted to find that the girls were as sweet in real life as they were on stage.
The fan meeting started with a video compilation of congratulatory words from fellow singers, including TVXQ, Big Bang’s Seungri, SECRET, and T-ara’s Jiyeon. The members then delved into displaying their individual charms, with Raina singing and playing the piano to Kelly Clarkson’s “Because of You“, while Nana and Lizzy performed a cover of the popular ’90s song, “Pink Lipstick“.
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Orange Caramel even prepared their own special chocolates to give to the fans, to thank them for always supporting them.
The girls got a sweet gift in return during ‘Part 2′ of the event, after fans revealed the special cake they prepared for them. Nana surprised everyone when she teared up as she read her personal letter to her fans.
Orange Caramel’s leader Raina teared up as well, as she explained, “Nana didn’t even cry when we won 1st place. She’s so touched by the warmth of the fans“.
The group just wrapped up their activities in Japan and are currently preparing for their new album.
